Please read the following instructions carefully, and choose your preferred method.

There are two simultaneous activities taking place during this event - the Road Race and the Fun Run. Because they overlap in time, each entrant may only compete in one or the other.
Each event has different categories depending on your age, whether you belong to an affiliated athletics club and whether you will be wearing fancy dress.
Different fees apply to each category, please check this carefully and make sure you submit the full and correct fee with your entry form. Errors in fees paid or details entered on the application form may cause your entry to be rejected.
Note that entries made on the day will be charged a supplement of £2 to cover administration costs.
The entry limit for the Road Race is 200. Once that limit is reached no further entries will be accepted irrespective of circumstances.
Categories and fees for each activity are summarised in the tables below.

Please note that the lower age limit for entry to the Fun Run is 8 years old on the day of the race

Road Race

Two different fees apply to entries in the Road Race. If you are a bona fide member of an athletic club which is affiliated to the SEAA, then the lower fees will apply. The additional cost for non-affiliated (unattached) entrants is charged to cover the fees demanded by the SEAA to provide the course certification and official timekeepers.

An additional £2 will be charged for runners registering on the day of the race for both the Fun Run and Road Race

Applications will be accepted on race day up to 10:30 am
Please complete one entry form for each entrant (photocopies are acceptable provided they are double sided as the original form). Make sure you read the instructions on the entry form fully, and send completed forms with the appropriate fee and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:-
